What I offer is an experience for groups to learn about and taste wine, whether it be team building for your employees, hosting a group curious to learn the basics or needing wine to pair with a dinner party. I’ll begin with an introduction over Champagne and continue with a selection of wines suitable to the season and continue in an ideal progression of styles. This typically includes a lineup of 8-10 wines over the course of an hour or two with an overview of each one and why I personally selected it. The purpose is fully for the enjoyment and a general inderstanding of wine.
I’m a certified Sommelier through The Court of Master Sommeliers, a certified steward of wine (CSW) and currently work as a winery representative covering the western US for one of the most established wineries in the central coast. Based in San Francisco with more than 8 years of industry experience between restaurants, retail buying, distributor and supplier sales management.
